Chinese D-Series Paper Size Lookup
Look up exact millimeter dimensions for D0 to D6 series paper based on the GB/T 19999-2003 national standard, suitable for book, magazine, and office paper design.
When you need precise control over grid dimensions and styles, traditional drawing tools often struggle to generate standard grids quickly. This tool uses mathematical calculations to automatically generate pixel-perfect grids exported as PNG or JPG images. Each grid cell's size equals the total width divided by the number of columns (or total height divided by the number of rows).
How do I generate a 1cm square grid?
Assuming a DPI of 96, enter 38px × 38px (1 cm ≈ 37.8 pixels).
Why are the edges of the exported image cropped?
Check if the total width is evenly divisible by the number of columns. For example, a 600px width with 20 columns (600 ÷ 20 = 30px) ensures a perfect fit.
Dimensions exceeding 1500px may affect browser performance. For commercial use, we recommend adding your own watermark. Ensure the brightness contrast between the line color and the background color is greater than 20%.
For architectural drafting, we recommend using #CCCCCC gray lines. For game map development, a 10×10 base grid is ideal. For mathematical function graphs, you can set different row and column counts for the X and Y axes (e.g., 10×20). A typical example: an 800×600px canvas with a 40×30 grid will generate a standard grid image where each cell is exactly 20×20px.
